Conclusion

This report has discussed and provided evidence of how I have developed a variety of professional skills during my study of the Bachelor of Learning Management (Primary Teaching). The two CQUniversity (CQU) Graduate Attributes of Teamwork and Information technology competence and the two degree specific professional skills of Behaviour Management and Working with students with special needs have been explored. Relevant research literature has been used in conjunction with evidence from lecturers, mentor teachers and individuals in the community to frame and analyse my professional skills. I look forward to my career as a teacher and the attributes and skills that I have developed and acquired during my study will serve me well into the future.
